Who we are

ReferCharge is an independent referral website. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. This policy covers refercharge.com only.

What we collect

• Name — the name as it appears on your Tesla order, so we can match your claim to a referral order.
• Email address — to confirm your claim, answer support requests, and tell you when payment is sent.
• Payout handle — the PayPal email, Zelle contact, Venmo username, Cash App tag, or wallet address needed to send your $20.
• Optional order details — model and order date, which help us verify a claim faster.
• Click data — a timestamp and, if present, the advertising click identifier in the page URL when you open our referral link. This lets us measure how the site performs and detect fraudulent claims.

Why we use it

We use your information only to verify eligible referral orders, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, send your $20 payment, respond to your messages, and keep basic records of payments we have made.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the payment service you choose so that your payout can be delivered, and where we are legally required to do so.

Retention and your choices

We keep claim records for as long as needed to complete payment and for our financial records afterwards. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page or by emailing support@refercharge.com. Deleting a pending claim means we can no longer pay it.

Storage in this version

In the current version of the site, claim, message, and click records are stored in your own browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them from your device.
